We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. All intellectual property in the app itself (design, code, branding) remains our property.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of the videos you record. Because MirraMoments is a local-first app, we never see or store your content.
5. Limitation of Liability
MirraMoments is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use of the app.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
